Excavator Chains
DOZCO’s manufactured track link ranges from 135 to 260 pitch made out of the following.
- Selected Carbon Steel alloy
- Superior Heat Treatment process and in-depth hardening of links to avoid brittleness of the link.
- Pin and Bush are made out of high precision and automated CNC to ensure longevity
Dozer Track Shoes
DOZCO has a wide range of single, double and triple grouser shoes suitable for track chains from 135 pitch to 280 pitch for various brands of excavators and dozer.

Idler Groups
DOZCO’s idler assemblies are precision made to world-class standards. Our bulldozer idlers are cast type classified as heavy-duty over and against the fabricated or welded type commonly found on the market, Backed by DOZCO’s warranty.
Segment Groups
Our custom-made forged sprockets are heat-treated and machined to maximise the life of the chain and come with the DOZCO warranty.
Track and Segment Bolts
Our bulldozer bolts and nuts are manufactured to the highest specifications which is at a quality grade of 12.9. They are all forged from alloy steel and have been subjected to a special heat treatment in accordance with OEM specifications. It is essential to only fit OEM-grade bolts and nuts to your chains as once the shoe comes loose, it’s most likely they will never stay tight again.
