WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ROCK BREAKER

WARRANTY PERIOD FOR MAIN PARTS

4 PISTON 1 year from date of supply to the CUSTOMER or 2000 working hrs. (Under the circumstance of crack exclude scratch) whichever is earlier
5 VALVE ASS’Y 1 year from date of supply to the CUSTOMER or 2000 working hrs whichever is earlier
6 THROUGH BOLT ASS’Y 3 Months from date of supply to the CUSTOMER or 250 working hrs. whichever is earlier
7 SIDE BOLTS 3 Months from date of supply to the CUSTOMER or 250 working hrs. whichever is earlier
8 FRONT COVER Not covered under warranty
9 RING BUSH Not covered under warranty
10 TOOL (moil, chisel and blunt, wedge) Not covered under warranty
11 SEAL KIT Not covered under warranty
12 Diaphragm Plate Not covered under warranty

I. Limitation of Warranty: –

Warranty will not be valid in case defects arising due to improper operation, & improper Handling. For Example, (list is only illustrative and not complete) DAPL can’t warrant the following listed troubles.
A) Trouble caused by foreign materials entering in the hydraulic system.
B) Trouble caused by contamination of hydraulic oil.
C) Trouble caused by using parts other than genuine.
D) Trouble caused by modifications of product that were not authorized or approved by DAPL.
E) Trouble caused by neglecting of operation, inspection or maintenance procedure that was described on DAPL manual.
F) Warranty doesn’t include labour cost.

II. Procedure of claims in warranty: –

A) If any parts failed, action will be taken based on joint inspection SERIVCE reports. In case of replacements of failed parts, the failed part must be returned to DAPL, and transportation cost will be in buyer’s account.
B) The warranty of new parts given under warranty is not extended beyond 1 year or 2000 working hours, whichever is earlier from the date of initial first-time sale of the equipment as listed under “Terms of warranty”

III. Warranty Succession: –

Warranty will cease with the resale or donation of Rock breaker within warranty term and rest of warranty term will not be transferred to new owner.

 

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR UNDERCARRIAGE PART

DOZCO Australia warrants all undercarriage parts against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months (or 24 months where specified) from the date of invoice.

This warranty applies under normal operating conditions and proper use of the equipment. Coverage includes repair or replacement of defective parts at DOZCO’s discretion.

I. Exclusions: –

This warranty does not cover:

A) Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accidents.
B) Normal wear and tear consistent with heavy equipment usage.
C) Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel.
D) Consequential damages, including downtime, loss of productivity, or indirect costs.

II. Consumer Guarantees: –

Our warranty operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Customers are entitled to:

A) A replacement or refund for major failures.
B) Repair or replacement for minor defects within a reasonable time.
C) Goods that are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.

III. Claim Procedure: –

Claims must be submitted in writing to DOZCO Australia within the warranty period:

A)Proof of purchase (invoice) and evidence of defect (photos, inspection reports) must be provided.
B)DOZCO will assess the claim and advise on repair, replacement, or refund.
C) Approved claims will be processed promptly to minimize downtime.

IV. Delivery & Installation: –

A) Standard delivery is within 48–72 hours of order confirmation.
B) Emergency logistics are available for downtime-critical parts.
C) Installation services are available through DOZCO-certified technicians or partner workshops.
D) Installation workmanship is guaranteed for 6 months.

V. Limitation of Liability: –

A) DOZCO’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective parts.
B) DOZCO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use.
